Lied to us at the very end of the process and instead of assisting with closing they decided to show another house instead. Did not assist with key transfer and basically stopped trying to help us once the inspection and fixes were done.

Desiree had a LOT of patience with the buying process. She tried her best to help get me a house. We had a LOT of obstacles in the way (because of inventory). She stuck through it for the long haul. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else, if I needed to purchase another. She's fantastic!

Travis was exactly what we needed to deal with a difficult listing agent and sellers. He stayed honest and communicative throughout the entire process and we were a great house hunting team. I would give him an 11 if it was possible!
