I really didn’t see her that much, nor speak to her that often. Communication was low, and I had to contact my loan team directly to get answers.

Bryce was an excellent real estate agent! He was available all times of the day to answer questions and research the many (MANY) texts that I would send him with questions about potential homes. He was quick and responsive. He would answer the phone if he was at the gym, if he was in his car.He doesn't *say* that he is truly invested in to getting you into a house that fits your family and your lifestyle but shows it with dedication. He was an advocate for us, and made sure we were protected from situations we wouldn't even know to watch out for (what to ask sellers to fix based off home inspection, making sure there are additions to the contract that protect the buyer)It felt like he was genuinely looking out for us. He helped guide us through the entire home buying process from beginning to end. And even after we had purchased the home, he stayed in contact to make sure we had got all of our utilities signed up and were doing okay. Highly recommend Bryce!

Charmia Martin was professional every step of the way while remaining personable. Her knowledge of the area was essential because we were out of state buyers. Charmia was prompt for every appointment and made me feel like her only client. Although she is quite busy she was not on the phone handling other matters while working on my home purchase which I appreciated. After the closing she had scheduled enough time to take us to lunch and even gave us a housewarming gift. I wish I could buy another house just to have a reason to call her up being new to the area. Also it would be fun to have two houses 😆 .

Monica was fantastic to work with! She was patient and understanding of us finding our home over a difficult transition. She was also extremely understanding of our issue with the first home we were attempting to purchase and was willing to adjust as necessary. She was able to quickly find new homes for us to tour and was so helpful in getting our final choice locked in.

Amy was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and made everything very easy and enjoyable for us. We were always able to get a hold of her and she solved every issue and question we had quickly. She walked us through things that we had not even thought of and treated our home purchase as though it was her own.
