Steve Shane has been a lack luster realtor. On so many occasions, we asked questions and had to re-engage days later to follow up on an answer because Steve has ZERO initiative.I asked him for what utility services are required for the house and he said he would provide me with that information and never did.My wife and I weren't told about the Homestead Tax Exemption until we were closing and it was by the Landmark Title Closing Agent - NOT Steve. For the house we closed on, initially he sent someone to take a video walkthrough of the house and it was such a horrible video. It turned sideways and focused on things that didn't matter. Steve tried to edit it but it was HORRIBLE and he still sent it to us. In our professional opinion - I would have been happier if he told me the video was crap, apologize and let me know that he would get another video taken because he refused to put his name on that product. I could respect that but what he sent was just so bad to even explain. Also, due to his inability to properly communicate or provide solid realtor guidance, we lost an offer on a house that we really wanted. We offered $465k and saw the house sold for $452k and we truly believe we lost that house due to Steve's inability to communicate. The only reason I'm not marking Steve down to a 1 is we asked Steve to take a lot of video walkthroughs of many houses, due to being across country and any video that he took himself was a great video. He focused on areas that concerned homeowners want to know and he was informative. It was clear he knew what he was doing, which made the rest of his performance so disappointing. But he's still blowing it. Because during closing, he tried being nice and professional, congratulating us for buying the house and offered to buy us pizza the first night in the house. I let him know that tonight was our first night and there was again, no follow up on providing pizza. Also, I asked him a question about 3 remotes left in the house and what they went to, and he never got me an answer but on 2 other occasions, got answers from the previous homeowners.I would NEVER recommend Steve Shane to another home buyer.

Susan was hard to reach and she did not have my interests in mind. The house was Filthy when we got here and she said it was clean. Her recommendations for home inspectors and the titling department were a total failure in customer service and professionalism.

Tyler Kent was an outstanding real estate agent. He went above and beyond to film videos of every house I was interested in. Because I was not buying in-person, Tyler made sure he viewed every home and got a video for me. He also has been very proactive in the loan process as well as the buying process. I would recommend Tyler to everyone!! He is very accommodating and incredibly helpful in every way. He has even helped clean up the home after the prior owner moved out. I cannot express enough how positive my home buying experience has been because of Tyler Kent.

Felicia is the real deal! She hung in there with all our relocation craziness! Especially during this housing market it was refreshing to know she was ready and willing to go to a property for us, even if the chance of it being a great fit was limited. She worked endlessly and found us a prefect property for our current needs and we are excited to continue our relationship with her for future investment opportunities we may seek out. Thankful for her!

Rita Brown was really awesome! We felt very fortunate to have her as our realtor. She communicated frequently and continues to provide assistance us we get settled. It’s hard because words really cannot present or display how she made this process smooth for my family. Mrs. Brown is the person I would recommend. To any and everyone! If you do not believe me just see for yourself, you will not be disappointed. THANK YOU RITA!

Danielle Martini was absolutely amazing. I can't stress enough how much she did for us. She answered all our questions guided us through the whole thing. She even took the time to call us late in the evening to accommodate for my work schedule. Not only did she guide us though the home buying process but also provided helpful recourses to make our lives a little easier for when we moved in.

Wow!!! This guy was amazing. He knew the embers and outs of a home loan process and went above and beyond. He was diligent with an effort that inspired me and my family. Harmon and Harmon is the best in the business and they got the job done for me. Thank you Adrian Harmon!!!!
