Don't start the relationship by insulting my wife by saying "you shouldn't look for a house right now if you can't put up earnest money". There was no coming back from that comment and I didn't want this person involved in the process at all.

She was AMAZING! She helped me find my house after looking at well over 20 houses. She MADE time for me. Weekends, after hours on weekdays, I had a question at 9:30pm, texted her expecting an answer the next morning; nope, she got right back to me with the answer.
