I would not recommend Mike McDermott for a virtual sale. Nice person but didn’t provide a proper showings with FaceTime and give a honest assessment of property condition. Our home has so many cosmetic issues and the carpet is as old as the home. Like I said nice guy but didn’t want to fight for a lower price. I’m not happy with him.
