My first agent was not a match. I felt like I was bothering her and had refused to see one house that I wanted to see but I finally persuaded her to go see it and that was a catastrophe. I told my concern to Matthew Thayer, who gave me another agent, Douglas Jackson.
Douglas is now a friend for life. He is a very honest person and works hard. He knows a lot and has excellent customer service skills. Really, what you see, is what you get with him, which is a very good personality and willing to help with all your inquiries and concerns with a dash of great humor.
I recommend him emotionally. I also told Matthew the same.

Joe was amazing! I couldn't ask for a better real estate agent. Joe also went above and beyond to help make the home search possible, while I was searching from out of state.
