She was the worst part of this whole thing. She didn't tell us about a pile of wood boards with 3 inch rusty nails sticking straight up, she didn't tell us the previous owners burned a fake x-mas tree that's left thousands of rusty metal pieces along with plastic and other metals just laying in from of the garage. The amount of issues with the home were just ignored as if the house was pristine and it's not. Major portions of the porch are so hazardous that I have blocked off access to my kids until I figure out what can be done. And yes, there is more.
