My experience working with Yvonda Kissinger was not what I had hoped for. Communication was often delayed, and I frequently felt like I had to push the process forward myself. Buying a home is stressful enough, so timely and clear communication is incredibly important. I appreciate the assistance I did receive, but I believe there is room for improvement in responsiveness and follow-through.

I’m currently serving on Active duty in the Army and stationed here in Boston. I got connected with Paul through Veterans United. Not only am I a first time homebuyer but I had less than 60 days to find a place and close. I couldn’t have done this without Paul.
