Everything we experienced with VU was great with one exception: Anna Jayamanne. Every interaction with her involved at least one, and usually several incorrect statements which had to be corrected. Additionally, when either my husband or myself would correspond with Ms. Jayamanne, she would not confirm our corrections in any following correspondence. It took several emails and phone calls to get everything corrected. We were not alone in this respect. Both our builder and realtor had the same impression.

Joey was very patient and informative. Since I travel for work and could not be onsite, he arranged for the inspections that needed to be accomplished. His knowledge of how to negotiate with the opposing real estate team was outstanding. He is also relentless in getting what we wanted in the agreement. On top of that he is genuinely a nice person and easy to work with. If there is a need in the future, I will definitely be a return customer for Joey.
