The entire experience with the agent felt like they did the bare minimum in order to be paid. We had to initiate all interactions for them. We had to chase them down to get updates and support. From the very beginning, we felt as if we were a burden or not a large profit family. Scheduled appointments two weeks out were canceled the night before, because they mixed up their dates. Scheduled to meet at the first property, they got lost. They argued that WE were at the wrong property and attempted to have us just meet at the next viewing. Barley offered any house information at each house looked at, especially after we changed our minds on the first house we thought we wanted to buy. Did not offer ANY information on the house we ended up buying. Seemed like we were interrupting their time, every time we wanted to schedule anything. Constantly "had somewhere to be" and was not "present" when with us. Was physically not present for closing. We did most of the leg work and don't think the seller should have paid their %.

It's true that my loan team was exceptional, but I'm most proud of Angie and Paul Jaggers for doing the tough work that got me into this home. They truly worked a few miracles along the way and now I have a great story to tell about how anything is possible if you are willing to trust the professionals that have given their time and expertise to your cause. I always used to think of realtors just as I did car salesmen in thinking you had to be selfish to do those jobs. It's not true. Angie and Paul always put me first and made the impossible a reality in just a few weeks. 10 stars!
