The communication after initial consultation was spotty. When we changed areas of interest, it took over a week for the change to be made on our MLS distro. I would send her homes from zillow to tour virtually (which I know can be difficult from her location and the area) and would repeatedly have to ask for follow up information to know if something was done or corrected or had been scheduled.

Kim McCabe was my agent. With her years of experience combined with her knowledge on utilization of veteran benefits, she not only taught me so much about what I wasn't aware of but also got me my first home in one of the craziest markets there has been. Kim is relentless and will continue to push until you get what you need. There were days that Kim would be writing multiple offers for me and she would bend over backwards to try and make anything work. My currently growing family was very blessed to have her by our side during this process and we closed in a record 29 days from offer to close!
