Sabrina,First off, you were amazing and wonderful to work with. Absolutely a joy and thank you for the mentorship. Only improvement is to be more flexible with time differences. Meaning, with dealing with clients that are in different regions in the U.S to be available on times. It was rough only being able to contact you from 9am-3pm PT only allows your client such a short window to ask so many questions at once. But other than that. Your hospitality and customer service was amazing. Thank you.

Verondo was absolutely phenomenal!! He listened to my wants and concerns while looking for my new home. He was very attentive in my process and was available for when I saw a home I was interested in. He’s also a veteran and just enjoyed having him!!

Overall a good experience with our real estate agent. It’s definitely not easy purchasing a home from afar and he was willing to answer questions and view homes for us. We wish we could have come to know one another a bit more but overall satisfied with our experience.

My Agent was very familiar with the area where I was looking to buy and that was helpful in that she could recommend restaurants, parks, shopping AND the "perfect house". My Agent listened carefully to my wants and needs in a home and showed me houses that fit the criteria that I was requesting. I appreciate that she did not waste my time or hers. Because of her familiarity with my area of choice, I was able to purchase a property that I now choose to call a "diamond in the rough". My property is GORGEOUS!!! If you don't know the area, you'd just drive on by because of the trees. And the pictures of the property online did no justice to the property whatsoever! My Agent went above and beyond to seal the deal and ensured all bases were covered for my protection as well as Veterans United's.

Chase was great and very patient! Quick to answer my questions and concerns! Chase made me feel confident and really took his time to explain every step of the process. Chase was great at helping me develope a great strategy on making an offer that ultimately got me my dream home! This proved to be the reason I was able to secure my home in this competitive market and beat out other offers. Chase is an AMAZING agent and a ROCK!!! He kept me grounded in potentially stressful situations! It was nice to see him genuinely happy that we were able to get this done for me and be happy and excited for me to start this new chapter in my life!

My real estate agent was awesome!
Everything I wanted to know about the house I wanted to purchase was answered to the point. We did a walk through and she showed me the inside and out side of the house. She answered all my questions.
