My Agent was very familiar with the area where I was looking to buy and that was helpful in that she could recommend restaurants, parks, shopping AND the "perfect house". My Agent listened carefully to my wants and needs in a home and showed me houses that fit the criteria that I was requesting. I appreciate that she did not waste my time or hers. Because of her familiarity with my area of choice, I was able to purchase a property that I now choose to call a "diamond in the rough". My property is GORGEOUS!!! If you don't know the area, you'd just drive on by because of the trees. And the pictures of the property online did no justice to the property whatsoever! My Agent went above and beyond to seal the deal and ensured all bases were covered for my protection as well as Veterans United's.
