It felt like I was the only one trying to find a house for me. I created the list of houses to look at and they were just there for the virtual showing or to let me in the door for the in person showing.

Showed up initially with a child and someone unrelated to the showing or real estate. Seemed to be working for the seller at times. Made unkept promises. I believe that she misled me about several things about the process, closing and misquoted the amount needed to close on my part by $36,000. She didn't even show up for the closing. If Veterans United selected her again for me on another deal then I would never do business with Veterans United ever again. A very poor choice and representative of Veterans United. Her services proved that she was not anywhere they need to be as a professional real estate agent for VA. Completely unexceptable.

Kristie took the time to carefully explain and guide me through the whole process of finding "the" home for me. She taught me what to look for, how offers work, what to expect for the market and answered every question. She shared every high and low of the hunt and made the whole thing enjoyable.
