Our agent Rose Ann Yohn was incredible! Its really hard to put into words just how helpful, invaluable and appreciated she was in this entire process. She was very pleasant to work with and worked well into the nights to get our documents in order. She made us feel extremely at ease when doing walk throughs of potential houses, she was incredibly knowledgeable about every iota of the VA home buying process and had a wealth of knowledge about each property and real estate in general. We were definitely impressed with her knowledge, due diligence, professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. She is a rock star amongst her peers and we couldn't have been in better hands throughout this entire process.

We Loved working with Zach! He was always available to answer our questions and to guide us through our Home Searching Journey. He helped us see hidden problems in the homes so we didn't buy a home with more trouble in the future. Does Kyle sleep? He was on task whether it was 7 in the morning or 9 at night.
He knew what the VA loan requirements were, so he was a great resource when we got to some of the houses where the pictures looked great, but in person there were issues. He is also knowledgeable on other house repair and remodeling questions.
Great personality. Always positive attitude.

Tameka was simply super amazing! She was jumping through hoops of fire dealing with the sellers agent; they didn't have their sh-t together. But Tameka made it happen on time. Even as I started to have my doubts she constantly assured me that she would do all in her power to make it happen. Tameka is my Shero!

Deanna was also Superb!! She was available by text, email or phone. We did hit a few hiccups that the seller and his team fell short on; however, Deanna listen to our concerns as well as notified Rob and his team…together they was able to reach an acceptable solution.
