Brain Rimpela was very helpful and understand. He walked us through the process and made everything easy and helped us understand what we needed to do. 10 out of 10 for him would recommend him.Christine McGuire was not as helpful as Brian. We felt like she supported the buyer more than us. There was a lot of miscommunication that lead to a lot of headaches at the end. I would not recommend her.

Arnoldo was consistently unaware of important deadlines and seemed more concerned with completing his own goals than helping me find and purchase a house. We had to constantly adjust to accommodate his deficiencies. At the start of our home search we asked for information about properties as well as pictures and videos. His information was not helpful and his pictures were not useful. Our goal was to do most of the home search remotely, His inability to communicate well or in a timely fashion forced us to change our plans and travel 500miles to view houses. The first house we put an offer in on was rejected because we missed the deadline to submit offers. We view this as a complete failure on Arnoldo to find out that there was a deadline. We could have made an offer earlier if we were aware of it. He spends more time trying to placate me than doing something productive to move the process forward. This was just as true at the end of the transaction. He seemed unconcerned, unaware (actually had the complete wrong deadline again despite me telling him multiple times) , and ultimately unhelpful in the end. I had to personally engage with title, and escrow to get this transaction completed. He was overly concerned with my personal financial details. I haven’t heard from him in days and will likely need to reach out to the seller agents directly to coordinate the possession transfer. He also failed on several occasions to provide me with documents and paperwork that I requested. His use of Authentisign was bewildering. He never produced a document signed by the sellers.

Mrs. Brockhoeft was indispensable as a realtor can be. She answered questions regarding just about everything from general knowledge about the home buying process to information about specific details about potential homes. She would always keep me informed about possible pitfalls with potential homes and communication between me and the seller. I am thankful that I had an agent who would happily talk to me on a Saturday or Sunday night if I wanted to know something. You can tell she loved her job. I couldn't help but admire that she had a much enthusiasm as I throughout the home buying process.

She has been nice, but she didn't find homes for us, we found them ourselves. She forgot about final walk through until right before closing. I wish she had vetted the homes better prior to us viewing them. We almost put an offer in on a home we truly thought was "the one", to find out they had an HOA that wouldn't let us do what we wanted. I left that viewing in tears. I appreciate her help, and liked her personally, but I feel like she fell flat in a couple areas. Just needs more experience.

Thuy and Bill were outstanding. They worked harder than any Relator I have ever encountered. Each and every detail was immediately taken care of. We were continually updated and informed of everything throughout the entire process. They care about you and want to assist you in finding the perfect home.

Miss Isabel was an amazing realtor. She was with us for 2 months or so looking for a home. She had patience and always looked for our best interest. I felt bad in the beginning because she constantly reached out over the phone and I always blew her off but when it came time to purchase the home, she was still always available whether it be in person or over the phone. Lisa was sincerely with us every step of the way.

Since we are buying a house in another state we have not met Ava Wagner in person, but we have become long distant friends. She was always available to check out houses and was always upfront and honest with me about her opinions and ideas. She is a big asset to the team of realtors.

Sonja went above and beyond as our agent, despite the issues we had working with the seller/their agent. She was always easy to get ahold, made sure we knew what was happening at every step of the process, and checked in on us regularly. I would work with her again.
