Had some communication issues. Overall the condition of our new home was upsetting. Cabinets were very dirty inside. I think the most frustrating was showing up to a busted up basketball hoop set up at the end of the driveway that I will have to dismantle and take to the dump. There is a lot of trash that looks like it was chucked in the woods. Tires, mops and shoes.

Sam Rifkin was excellent. From start to finish he was professional, polite, responsive, and clear on all the details.
