Malissa was an outstanding complement to the team! Being local, she treated me as if I was already a neighbor even as we searched, viewed, and considered every property. She answered questions and was always available, encouraging me to ask questions and share my thoughts and concerns throughout. Her position as agent meant that she worked with the customer, the seller's agent, the mortgage team, the attorney, and I'm sure others. My agent, Pam Thacker, was outstanding throughout the process. After our first meeting, she had me nailed down as to exactly what I was looking for, and she found my new home on her third showing. The efficiency of Pam's process to get my home under contract was amazing, and she directed me through the extensive list of contacts she has to handle my insurance needs, home inspectors, etc. Fantastic is the adjective I use to describe Pam and I believe I have made a new long term friend.

At the start of the process I wasn’t totally sold on buying a home. Linda had probably sent me 100+ homes that matched what I was looking for and beared with me as I was probably unreasonably picky. I had little luck finding what I wanted on my own but Linda had continued to search and weed out the homes I didn’t want. Great experience.

She was AWESOME in every way! Kept me up to date with everything and explained the process. She knows so much and she is the best at selling. No pressure. She told me in the beginning, we are going to make it happen. Great faith, helped me. She was extremely helpful!!!!
