Lots of complications at closing that we, as non-reality people, we don't/didn't know how to deal with. And because the family had already begun relocation, left us in a poor position, with almost everyone involved shrugging shoulders, pointing fingers, and not following through. I don't blame our agent for the majority, I blame title. But I feel we were uninformed of what we could have done to mitigated these problems. I think he did his best, and would work with him again. However, because of this, I wouldn't recommend buying ANYWHERE without an attorney to represent you.

Kimberly Childs is a wonderful agent to have on your side. She is knowledgeable about the market and all things associated with it. She was able to suggest people who could perform all the extra tasks like home inspection and repairs. She is also just a really nice person. You won’t find a better realtor. I give her twenty out of ten stars.
