Our agent was great and very approachable. She has continued to be helpful after the closing as well. Again i spread my small negatives over the group as a whole. With the agent there was a little minor frustrations early in the hunt about how to engage in the market under current conditions. I dont know that there is more she could have done but as a buyer it was frustrating and as an agent im sure this is normal critique for the current market and just fluctuates with her job.

There was a tremendous amount of non-listening to the buyer and made decisions that cost us more dollars in the form of having to extend due to no fault of ours. Yes people have medical events, however that doesn’t stop the everyday life.
