She was a nice person but I honestly felt like she didn’t really care or perhaps that I wasn’t spending enough money to be worth her time. I often would go long periods without speaking to her. I personally would not choose her again.

Now I can write a book about my real estate agent. He is phenomenal Trey truly early on embraced my likes, my dislikes, concerns and everything that I was looking for in a home. He also embraced something else that spoke volumes of his professionalism it was the fact that I am raising 2 teenage daughters and I'm looking at safety and school 1st when it comes to my children. He stated that even before I uttered a word about the areas of consideration. So if there was an area that was not fitting the expectations of what I was looking for he would immediately let me know if he had concerns about the area or the neighborhood. He would let me know he was very truthful he was very honest. He was very upfront and his professionalism was something that I can honestly say more real estate agents possibly need to take a page out of his book and need to implement within their strategies. I think that there will be more Individuals that could benefit from his expertise he was very patient. He was very kind he was very cautious about certain areas when I liked a home because he was very cautious about ensuring the location was a suitable one for me to raise my children. There are no words that I can begin to express how I am grateful for him. He really did take in every consideration everything that I was looking for everything that I needed and everything that I wanted in a home and of course he voiced his opinion on safety. The communication was awesome it was always 100% open. It was always sincere and definitely professional but overall the communication was there a lot of times when you're working with individuals there is no communication and when there's a breakdown in communication you're not able to complete the task that needs to be completed. However I did not have that issue in that problem whenever I text or called or email. He always responded back in a timely manner and was always respectful of my work hours but the communication was always available and returned my calls and emails promptly. He pretty much kept me on my toes because there were some times that I was so adamant about a residence and looking at a home and the, 1st thing that he would tell me was honestly speaking if it was a good environment to raise the children and he would actually go to the home take video footage of the home send it to me right away. He would basically let me know it was either maybe it was OK or it's a possibility and if it was not he would definitely be honest to let me know that it was not so I truly appreciate that communication it. Made things so much easier .

Paula Heard in a word: incredible! The hardest working realtor around. Put in multiple offers kept us steady through disappointing moments and hung in there as we navigated this whole deal 90% remote. In the end, in a volatile market, we got a lovely home at a fair price. Assistant Ty was equally impressive, a great read of people, and was so supportive! We know Paula and Ty really have the heart to help the VA buyer succeed!

Christie was very helpful in finding me a home and the fact that she knew I was a first time buyer she would point out things that I would not see. She was very patient with me looking at several homes and came to the closing with me for encouragement, and make sure I understood everything. She is a good asset to Veterans United.

Nicholas Woods was an outstanding agent, even though he was the sellers agent, he educated us and explained the process - and the best way to accomplish our goals. He did so much for us, that our agent had no interest in helping us with. Thank you so much Nicholas.
