I am aware that most quality real estate agents have a cleaning service come into the home before move-in day. That service was not provided, very disappointing.

Initially I never felt in the loop about what was going on. When I would call her to get information, she would tell me information that happened a few days ago. I respectfully asked to be kept in the loop. After that, nothing felt organic anymore.

Finally received the keys/ability to access at will the property I bought 96 hours after closing.Poor communication between myself and seller through this medium.Items that were covered and addressed as needing to be done after inspection have not been completed.Odds and ends that I was told would be done have not been completed.There remains, on the property, multiple vehicles, two tractors, a trailer, rv, property in a shed as well as the barn. I was led to believe these had been removed and it was just odds and ends inside the shed and barn that would be moved soon.No pre-closing inspection completed or mentioned to identify these issues, and yes I am partly to blame for this as well. However, being told that it’s been taken care of is different than it will be taken care of.Maybe there was a conflict of interest since both buyer and seller were represented by same person.An absolutely great person and they went above and beyond by locating this property and getting process started. Not the best follow through, and from my perspective horrible closing experience.

We did not have great experience. He never really showed us around homes or spoke to us during showings. We just kind of showed ourselves around. He didn't communicate well and took his time processing paperwork. I would have dropped him early in the process of I would of had a better option.

Michelle Matiska worked extremely hard for us and went way above any expectations that we had going into this process. She had our best interest and put our wants and needs as her top priority. If it weren't for her my family wouldn't be living in our brand new beautiful home. No one will work harder for you than Michelle. She has even become a close friend along the way!

Our real estate agent was Ruth Garvey, she was excellent. She easily answered all my questions was available 24/7 to deal with any concerns we had. Her attitude was pleasant and peppy. She gave great advice without putting any pressure on any of our decision making. She was very competent about the housing market and the home purchasing process.
