She was very helpful and knew exactly who to call to get what needed done; my only complaint is I felt like I was in the dark during some things. I would have to follow up many times rather than her letting me know what’s going on. This is a small thing I guess but it would’ve been nice if it felt like she was really pushing the process for me. Otherwise. Again, she was very helpful, knew the process and got it done, so in the end, no complaints.

Never on time to an appointment.
She seemed to put the sale ahead of our interests.
(Example: she pushed back on us more than she did on the Sellers for the house we bought, and the buyers for the house we sold)She did not want to list the house in the range we felt we should.
Our house sold with the 2nd viewing with a "perfect offer"... We were pending within 2 days. We now feel we sold too low.Overall we feel the Sell came first.

Shane is absolutely the best! Right from the beginning, I could tell he had a firm grasp on how the homebuying process would be different for me based on using a VA loan rather than a conventional loan. He has a lot of experience working with Veterans United and it shows. I am not originally from Iowa, so his familiarity with the metro area was very handy. This was my first time buying a home, and he made the process as stress-free as possible. He was supportive and encouraging but also honest about things he didn't think would work well for me. We looked at a lot of houses! He was very prompt in responding to me and was always ready and willing to go look at something I wanted to see. When it came time to put in an offer, his advice was indispensable. I felt so comfortable throughout this process because of my confidence in him. He truly made this a memorable experience. I would give him my highest recommendation.

I absolutely loved Larry Linaweaver! He was absolutely the best throughout out. He kept communication and was always available for when i had questions. He was also so supportive and he made sure I had the best! I would recommend him to everyone I met! he's amazing!! You will always be in good hands with Mr. Linaweaver. He cares about his job and most of all, he cares about the people he works with. He's AMAZING!!
