Having said I am all about relationships, my real estate agent, Tanishia Ravnell, is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I had to essentially pick out my own homes because she was too interested in the sell. She is transactional and more concerned about the deal over the relationship. I would strong recommend Tanishia Ravnell be removed from your list of real estate agents in the Jacksonville, Florida market. If I could give her negative stars, I would do that in a heartbeat!! I had to go through the listing agent to obtain real time information because my so-called agent was days behind in the process and had pawned me off to some Junior Varsity transaction coordinator. I am offended at the fact my agent thinks this a good practice with zero consequences. I was in the process of firing her as an agent but happened to come across my home and basically directed my agent to submit an offer. She didn’t show up to home inspections and was not tracking items leading up to the closing in the manner I would expect out of a Veterans United preferred real estate agent. She is straight trash as an agent and I would not hire again if my life depended on it. I was so pissed at her I asked her not to attend the closing, and in turn, she was over 2 hours late in delivering the keys AFTER I closed. New home, no keys….Additionally, the former homeowners had a tenant that still had a moving POD in the driveway and trashed the curbside with an egregious amount of trash. Again, my former agent was all about the sale. She got paid, but Veterans United should make sure Tanishia Ravnell is released from her ability to represent VU.

She was absolutely amazing. Everything about Maddie’s energy, professionalism, home knowledge base, and attentiveness was exactly what I needed to get through these months. She paid attention to my needs and worked all times of the day and night to find my perfect home. Maddie genuinely wanted my home buying experience to be a joyous one and I appreciated that. She was very accommodating and thorough from beginning to end. It was a blessing to be able to work with her and should I ever come across someone in need of a realtor who truly is skilled in their craft, Maddie is the one.

Ginger is Amazing and a very informative agent. She was perfect for our search she knew so much and shared all her knowledge with us! She was also very patient & considerate the entire time. Was always flexible and never said no to a request! Truly wouldn’t of been at the finish line without her. It was actually bittersweet once we found our home because we are going to miss her!!
