Our real estate agent was great until we got under contract with the house and then her communication seemed to be less effective. If we were buying a home in the same state we are currently in, I don’t think this would have posed an issue; however, we were buying the home site unseen from across the country.

Only asked to have our closing costs covered and he estimated the amount too low so we ended up paying out of pocket.

Erica was very friendly and very responsive to both emails texts and phone calls. However because of the way our loan was being processed there were times that it seems like she didn't even understand exactly what was going on which made it a little more uncomfortable for my wife and I with the process. However overall Erica was great and I would recommend her as a real estate agent to anyone.

Larry Williams was fantastic! He gave sound advice, communicated clearly, and led us confidently through the actual purchase process. Where we had questions, Larry walked us through sound decision making. As he put it, "at the end of the day my job is make sure you're happy with your purchase". Larry is a winner and I absolutely recommend him to any one else needing a realtor.
