No communication at all. Had to contact them twice and still didn't get a response on our closing appointment. We wouldn't of known where to go if I didn't ask them myself. Would not recommend.

Michele and Chasity were AMAZING! They understood what we wanted and delivered! They worked with us to coordinate when both my husband and I were available, kept us updated on offers we put in and houses that just hit the market and worked INCREDIBLY hard to sell us to the people we bought the house on ultimately leading their decision to our offer although that had others on the table.

I feel he should have been ready for my first closing date but he was not and that caused undue stress. He was able to do the job but it was again stress that I should not have had.
