She was friendly, but communicating with her via text or email was a bit of a challenge. She recommended the attorney I should use for closing and then there was an issue about inspection items that she felt should be taken care of by the sellers and additional items the attorney felt should be addressed by the sellers. Ultimately, everything worked out but it was odd that she had an issue with the attorney she recommended.

Very poor job showing the house. Basically avoided showing things that were actually wrong with the house. Baseboards were missing everywhere. Water in the basement. Holes in the walls. Smells bad in the home. Ants everywhere throughout the house.

Kate, she is the best. Never had any doubt in our minds that she was out for our best interest at heart. We now consider her a part of our family. We put a lot of trust in her, she never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She is the best.
