Introduction:
Engaging the services of a real estate agent is crucial when navigating the complex world of home buying. However, my recent experience with Teresa Effio has left us deeply dissatisfied due to her ineffective communication and lack of responsiveness. In this review, I will discuss the difficulties we encountered while attempting to contact her and highlight the impact it had on our home buying process.Lack of Responsiveness:
One of the most frustrating aspects of Teresa's performance was her consistent unresponsiveness. Early on, her lack of engagement made it exceedingly difficult to progress with the home buying process and virtual viewing of properties was handled at the last minute, and a few were done by her daughter Chrystal. Fortunately, Chrystal was reliable and did a great job assisting Teresa. Nevertheless, vital questions and concerns were left unanswered during the home buying process. It felt like she disappeared once we received the approved offer on our home, leaving us feeling neglected and unsupported.Contrasting Performance:
In stark contrast to my real estate agent's unresponsiveness, other professionals involved in the home buying process, such as our loan officer, title escrow officer, and the real estate agent on the home we sold, exhibited efficiency and accuracy in their communication. Their proactive approach and willingness to address our concerns promptly highlighted the stark contrast in the quality of service provided. While we expected our real estate agent to be the primary point of contact, it was disheartening to witness her lack of involvement and apparent disinterest in our transaction.Financial Consequences:
The ineffective communication style of our real estate agent resulted in unfortunate financial consequences. Due to her lack of transparency and failure to communicate essential information, we were forced to spend an additional thousand dollars on the sellers to move our closing date. This avoidable expense could have been mitigated had she provided accurate and timely updates. Additionally, we incurred other costs during our travels to Nevada because of her inaccurate communications about signing with the title company early. When I questioned this need to sign early, she said it would help streamline our closing day.In contrast, our loan officer had to catch this mistake, and we rescheduled some travel plans. Due to the cancellation policies with hotels and other accommodations, her assumptions and lack of clarity cost my wife an additional $500. The financial burden incurred due to her negligence has left a bitter taste in our mouths and tarnished our overall experience. Lastly, during our final walk-through and signing on closing day, Teresa couldn't be bothered, as she was on her cell phone most of the time; we were another dollar sign, and her actions were apparent.Title: A Disappointing Experience With My Real Estate Agent's CommunicationIntroduction:

Regrettably, our experience with Teresa Effio fell well below our expectations; this is our fourth homebuying experience. The difficulties in contacting her, her lack of responsiveness, and the subsequent financial repercussions have deeply dissatisfied us. Effective communication is the foundation of a successful real estate transaction, and her shortcomings were unacceptable. I would caution Veterans United, Realty One Group, and other veterans seeking a real estate agent to carefully consider the importance of communication skills and responsiveness when selecting Teresa.

Holly Moungie is an outstanding realtor. Holly was available any time my wife or myself had a question. She treated us like we were priority unlike our first realtor. Holly was very informative of any issues that you have to be aware of when looking at houses.I would definitely recommend Holly to friends and family.

The realtor assigned was wonderful and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I had the most up-to-date information available. I totally enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home even if they are not a veteran.
