Chad was wonderful! He was extremely helpful with the type of property we were looking for (acreage). He was very knowledgeable of the areas and types of zoning, which I had many questions about. In addition to the automatic home notifications, when Chad would see one he thought was a good fit, he would send me an email. He went above and beyond and sent me the Lease Agreement he uses so I could use it to rent my home out. He was always available for questions and always responded promptly.

I thought at first she was doing well but after speaking with another realtor, he was horrified that I ended up paying as much out of my pocket as I did and believed that should have been reduced through negotiation. Also in the final week, there was very little communication and she didn’t seem to know what was going on which caused a lot of stress for me. Then she gave my phone number to someone selling home security and I had not given permission to do that.

Was good at beginning but after we were under contract Chet was no help at all. Didn't show for initial walk through or home inspection and would not return phone calls when requested only sent text which were usually late after Andy or Jake already answered my concerns. I would not recommend Chet to anyone!!!

My real estate agent was polite and seemed like a good person, but her lack of responsiveness cost us a free house viewings and made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would ask a question and it took several hours (and sometimes intervention by my loan officer) to get an answer.

It started a year ago in Miami then switch to Alabama. Many Miami Agents that did not survive the process. Then I was help transfer all things to Alabama where i bought my house. The agent in Alabama was great Frank he even help me when i got into Alabama and was homeless due to bad hotel i had. Frank even answered me on his off time and kept in touch to make sure i and my family was safe. Before i arrive Frank did all the walk throughs with me link by video. The were a few things that needed to be done and Frank made sure they got done even after the closing. Great Agent.
