Dawn Gilliam is phenomenal! Very funny and easy to talk to! She stuck with me for almost 2 years while we hunted for a house, her patience was truly a blessing.She was always candid and straight forward with me about houses and the true value in the home, always looking for the good and bad each home. She literally would not let me purchase a bad home even if I wanted to, she always kept my goals and needs for a home realistic while still keeping our "wants" and Wishlist items within reach.She is has incredible integrity as an agent and I will always go to her for real estate advice, or questions.
