He is good but it would have been better if the house is move in ready, now our move in is delayed due to the house is not clean and some of the previous owners stuff are left in the house but overall Mr. Kyle did good.

For someone who was so enthused to go through the home buying process for the first time, I don't think I could have ever anticipated a worse buying experience. My Real Estate Agent was not helpful, provided little to no counsel, and did none of the things asked of her in regards to looking at houses or providing new construction. She was aware of the fact that I was buying blind and even still showed no prioritization. On the day of closing we showed up to the house before her, and waited 25 mins for a key as she was unprepared. On top of everything she was out of the country the week we were supposed to close and did not set up and contingencies to ensure everything went smoothly. I was fortunate enough to be able to ask Jennifer for assistance as well as a personal friend of mine who is in real estate. While I know the Real Estate Agent is not a reflection of Veterans United, I will 100% never again allow to be paired with an agent.

My agent didn’t tell me the property’s parking was only accessible with a remote. I didn’t receive the remote, I still don’t have access to my own parking spot. She told me she’d take care of it but completely forgot about me after I signed the paperwork. Her name was Aileen, she did mostly a good job but basically left me out to dry once the papers were signed.

Stephanie (our agent) went above and beyond with helping us find and wrap up the home. The passion she has in real estate shines and makes her seem more like a reliable friend to call rather than a real estate agent because its not all about business to her, its about the people.

She was very informational. Advised what to look for that met our needs. Even when we were going to put in an offer then decided to go with another property. She was happy to help. She was there to help us and not just to make a sale. Very professional and knowledgeable.
