The worst. EXP Realty. New Horizon Realty, Stratton Inspection.
They were responsible for cancelling a plumbing scope I paid for, without advising me. A scope which would identify a huge root problem that existed on the property prior to the close of escrow. Had my team did their due diligence I would not be in this situation
I trusted them. It was their job to obtain the scope within the inspection period.
I'm not the realtor. I did the only thing I could do which was purchase the scope to protect our interest in the property.
I learned 1 thing.
Trust in no man for greed is evil. It is evident that they were fixed on closing at all cost. It's unfortunate that this buyers agent was referred to me through VU.

Jesse was awesome! I could immediately tell that he knew his stuff. He had a very cordial yet extremely knowledgeable demeanor about him. He listened to all of my wants and needs concerning what it was that i was looking for. He found my preferred area, gave expert advice, and found the greatest home for me. There is no doubt in my mind that if not for his expert advice and strategies, there is no way I would have prevailed as i did, in what turned out to be a full on bidding war for this property! I cannot thank him enough.

Ms. Paula Heard is awesome!! I was fortunate to get one of the top real estate agents in my area. I loved the fact that each time we spoke, she would educate me on factors to consider when searching for a house. Another was that she listened to what my concerns were and noted my likes/dislikes. It's amazing that she found the house that was everything I could possibly want in my first place. Again, just awesome. If I every move from the area, Ms. Paula is going to be my agent then.

Dan is amazing! I was nervous looking at houses as my father passed away and wouldn’t be able to point out things I’d look for. But have no fear as Dan informed me of everything to look at within the house! He is extremely knowledgeable in realty and did everything for me to be in the best home possible!

I had to purchased the home from a remote location and trusted the staff enough to purchase the home without me even having to step foot onto the property look at it!
I was able to contact my agent beyond normal work hours if necessary, and her willingness to travel to site to answer any questions.

We can't say enough about our agent, Yazan! He always made time for us and took a personal interest in finding our dream home. And once we found it, he really went to bat for us in so many ways. We would definitely recommend him if anyone asks for a good realtor!

Pattie listened to me and then responded with exactly what i wanted, and maintained a low key honest demeanor that I really appreciated. She went the extra mile when I had scheduling difficulties, and made it a truly enjoyable experience.
