She kind of sat back and we did the leg work to find houses, then she would setup the viewings. Overall I don't think her level of "aggressiveness" in house hunting is on par with how she sells it at the beginning.
With that being said, she was very nice and extremely friendly. She needs to focus a lot on letting the buyers actually tour the houses, instead of being on their hip the whole walk through.
Overall, we landed a house within our timeframe, but it's because of our diligence within the process, not because of hers. And don't bring your kids to a showing, not very professional.

We bid on one house was pressured to put Ernst money down , then he finally got pics of basement had to pull put of that one, bad. Bid on another lost it due to him not doing paperwork as we agreed to.

Our real estate agent was very hard to get ahold of and I had to be self sufficient in a lot of areas by calling the sellers realtor and gathering information from them myself. She never brought us any home options after we gave her our search criteria.
The only reason we found a home that we liked was because I personally called the sellers real estate agent and asked her if the home was still available.
My realtor never told me that we had to switch over title companies after dropping out of our first contract and my earnest money was still sitting at a different title company a few days before closing. She made the whole process very stressful and would not recommend Alexa Trujillo.
I understand I could’ve gotten a new real estate agent and I did ask for one at first but she seemed to be answering our calls more after we put in a request for a new realtor so we decided to give her a second chance. I fully regret that decision.

Our realtors were amazing, Mike got sick and had to have surgery in the middle of our process of finding a house but made sure we were taken care of by Laura. And Laura was awesome! They both answered questions we had, no matter the day or time of day. Lorie, Mikes assistant, was amazing as well, very sweet! We enjoyed working with this team, they got us what we asked for and helped us all the way through, and they are still here for us if we need them, so that's a plus!!!

Tammy was awesome and she really came through for us in the search of our new home. We immediately felt comfortable with her and she had the answers to the questions we had on all of the properties we looked at. She was engaged and kept us in the loop for everything throughout the entire process.

Our real estate agents were awesome. I recommend them wholeheartedly. They were nice. They were professional and they weren’t just about business. They were personal and treated us like friends and family. They are beautiful people.

Jose was fantastic. He always responded to our questions. He worked very hard showing us homes. We would see a home we liked to see, and he made it happened. He always kept us informed during the purchase process of our new home.

I had a bad experience with my first agent witch was resolved immediately and my second agent was perfect. Mr. Tyler was very professional and went beyond his responsibilities. I will always appreciate his hard work

Genny is an absolute blessing. I felt like I have known her for years always putting her clients in the best place. Genny in my opinion went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her and her firm.

Scott was outstanding! He was aggressive when he needed to be on our behalf. He went above and beyond what is even expected of a realtor. He is by far the best realtor you have contracted
