I was not recommended any homes and it seemed like I was keeping better track of what came on the market than she did. Her availability was limited. She has a hard time keeping track of multiple clients.

JP Realty is not familiar with veterans or VA home loans. Neither was First Dakota Title. My realtor filed a complaint against my lender during my home buying process. I find that my realtor should have waited for this process to be completed before addressing any personal issues he had with the loan team. Please look into educating these small town “small minded” people and assign competent agents.

I purchased my home from a long distance which made things more difficult, but I think my realtor could've been more assertive when it came to getting answers for me and following up with items.

Nordian was the perfect realtor for me. She paid attention to what I wanted, provided me options, and was extremely patient with me early in the process when I was still figuring out what I wanted. I cannot express enough the hard work she put in working remotely to ensure I could see all the homes I was interested in and always had my best interest first to ensure I was happy. Best team!

Comms were excellent! She made sure I was aware of every option in the process. I really felt like she cared about me and was MY agent. Ginger is a very knowledgeable and articulate about all aspects of the home shopping and purchasing process. Would recommend her to everyone, she is what all realtors should strive to be.
