Casey being patient and spending countless hours with us! He was driving several hours out of his way, more than ounce, to show us different homes. Only for them to be snatch away by another proposal. Thank you Casey for being helpful in the many questions we had. Amanda did her job but was a very "passive" agent with very little critical input that was needed. I wanted a bulldog in the home buying fight, but instead I got a poodle. Your agent is your only liaison and you need to rely on their input on everything--what things to ask the seller to do and pay for, etc. We had a terrible experience with the sellers leaving the home cleanliness in complete unacceptable standards. Michele and I are not happy about this part of the experience and we attempted to resolve it with her and the sellers agent with no resolve.

She had only one objective to make money for herself, the house is more in repair than stated, don't do a home inspection, give them extra so they pay the closing costs, house was flipped and the seller made twice his purchase price, light switches painted over kitchen sink inoperable
