I had fired my original agent that I had and used one from veteran United. He was good with communication- didn’t rate higher because I didn’t really do much with him - he put in the offer as requested and did maintain communication but really overall was not a part of the process.

There were several times I felt like they didn’t listen to what I was saying. There was also a time where they had pushed for me to increase my loan amount even after I mentioned multiple times that I was not comfortable doing that. That made things very uncomfortable.
