Bill and Charlee were awesome. When it comes to a realtor being respectful and tracking the mission to closing… I’ve got nothing but praise for THA Realty. Very Veteran friendly and amazing respect to their customers. Given previous experience with a different realtor before everything went south last year, THA is top notch for sure. Last realtor was snobbish and very off putting from kennen and kennen in 2021/2022. Your Loan Officer Mike P. Was amazin to work with but the self chosen realtor was a mistake.

Adrian Quijano, our San Diego agent, kept us informed from the first meeting through the close of escrow, working with us every step of the way from listing to accepting the best deal from the offers received. Sharon Klitzka met with us online, set up our collaboration page, and sent many MLS houses she thought we would like, then on our visit to Wisconsin, she met with us to view many homes, including the one we chose, working tirelessly with the other realtor to ensure no problems occurred during escrow.

Kellie, was seriously the best. She was patient and understanding. In a weird way felt like a family member in how it seemed she genuinely cared about finding the perfect house for my wife and I. She was also very responsive and always ready to see houses with us. Would buy and sell with her again no doubt in my mind.
