As a responsible first time home buyer I asked many questions that were answered immediately and professionally. My realitor was outstanding in every way. We were in another state and she became our personal agent always staying in touch and took care of all the inspections and required maintence prior to closing. She saved us a lot money and gain us a lot of new repairs paid by the seller.
