The agent was "okay" and very nice. I just had expectations for more communication and timely responses as I was trying to close asap. It seemed as if Spencer, Amy, and myself were moving at the same speed and the agent was behind.

Jeremy and Gabby's team and particularly our personal agent Shawn Robinson were amazing. Shawn could not have been more knowledgeable or thorough. She was completely transparent and would often let us know quickly if a house wasn't for us and explain why not. We never felt she was trying to "sell us a house" but rather help us find "our house". She was patient as our criteria changed several times as well as search area and budget and we found an amazing house within a month.

Tammy Jackson-Byrd was awesome to work with. Always helped us with any questions or concerns very promptly. She is a super busy person but I knew that no matter how busy she took that extra time to make sure all of our concerns and needs were being taken care of with each phone call, email or text. I love her honesty and professionalism that holds true through every step of the buying process.

Ms. Greta is awesome she took the range on finding us the perfect home and completely took the stress out of the whole process she saw our budget and ask what exactly we want in the house and what can we live and not live without from there she ran the show we’re definitely happy Ms. Greta will be apart of our lives forever
