I never saw her in person. I met the secretary, Tiffany, and I thought she was very friendly, knowledgeable and competent.

We felt like she was working more for the sellers than for us. She wouldn’t answer emails and then would say I texted you but I guess you never got it. It was just not a good experience and if this had been our first time buying a home we would have backed out and said forget the whole thing!

Never met her. She never went to any walk throughs, called her lawyer on the builder. I wouldn’t recommend her to even an ex.

Chase Lyles my mortgage broker and Brandon Hayes were absolutely phenomenal. This is my first house that I ever bought, and their attention to detail, response time to any of the questions that I had, and dedication to myself as a customer, speaks volumes. My first experience buying a house, they were, hands-down, and no question in my mind, The absolute best. And they demonstrated it 100 fold. As a customer, it was an absolute privilege to work with Chase Lyles in Brandon Hayes in My Home buying experience. For this whole process I was out of state and could not physically look at any houses. My agent went above and beyond for me because of this. We had constant communication and she sent me videos of every house that I was inquiring about with an honest assessment of the house in general. I would not have been able to buy the house that I did if it were not for her quick reactions and communication.
