Honestly Bruce wasn't our first choice as an agent. But I saw there was an added benefit to using a VU agent. So we chose to use VU to set us up with one.Now, Bruce didn't do anything egregious...but.He gave us the impression that he hasn't been doing this for very long. For instance, when we decided to make an offer on this property, he fumbled the offer with typos and checkboxes that were overlooked and or erroneously checked. Even the day before our closing we signed another amendment to get things correct.During the negotiation stage of the offer he was nearly silent and when we asked for updates he had none. Our confidence that he was helping us was shaken.A few days before closing I needed to call him to setup the final walk-thru, I could tell it was the last thing he'd thought of. The guy is really nice and polite, but unprofessional.We just didn't feel he was entirely up to the task.

Aileen was an absolute savage very strong woman for sure. She helped getting me a great deal on top of the house even with what we already had. She called around to different places for my insurance. Absolute unit for sure very knowlageable about New Orleans and provided me with long lasting advice for moving forward with the house.
