As the first time home buyer I was very disappointed in the service I received from Josh. I would not recommend him or use him again in the future. Josh did not explain the steps in buying a home nor did he care to take the time to explain them. Josh seem more concerned about making a sale than anything else. I didn't feel he was very forthcoming. When asking him questions I would get answers such as I'm not sure or you'll have to ask the lender.
On one occasion Josh had his wife show me the property which I ended up buying. I was actually very comfortable with his wife who provided me more information in one showing that he provided throughout the whole sales process.I would highly recommend his wife. She was very down to earth, didn't seem to care if I was buying $100,000 house or a million dollar house she was there to help.

Christy was great to work with! We extended our home search well beyond the boundaries of her area, yet she still accompanied us to all of the homes we wanted to look at. In our first home buy with VU we were not present in the state we were buying the home in, so we were pretty unfamiliar with the normal processes of everything, however Christy explained each step of the process and answered any questions we had!
