Really nice and got things done in a timely manner but many times there were spelling mistakes, corrections, or documents with the wrong addresses for the title emails which made many parts confusing for signing purposes and more.

Agent didn’t seem motivated to negotiate with a VA loan and veteran understood that using VA loan was a disadvantage with regard to negotiating.
