our realestate agent seem to be in training maybe or kind of new to the profession, although she seemed to be a very nice person I just think she may need more time to learn and grow into the profession.

Cathy was more interested in my bank account rather than the house. I was under the impression that realtors were supposed to schedule the inspections, appraisal, surveys and other contractors needed. I had to contact/hire/pay and follow-up with everyone where the house is concerned.1/10 Do NOT recommend

Our realtor, Ed, was amazing! At times we were indecisive and he was always so kind and patient and understanding. He spent so much time working with us and showing us homes and was always available for questions and support. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, always supportive and he also stayed in constant communication with us. He let us know if ever we had any issues or questions, he was there for us. We found the home buying process to be daunting at times, but Ed was always there to help us through the process. I would highly recommend our realtor to anyone looking for a home in the area. Deborah was the sweetest and most patient woman I have ever met. I didn't really know exactly what I was looking for, but after looking at a few houses. She knew exactly what I was going for. I seriously could not have asked for a better real estate agent. She was phenomenal and I truly believe she really cares about the individuals she works with.
