Lisa was overall amazing. She was flexible and reliable. She listen, every step of the way, to all of my concerns and questions. Due to family circumstances and work, I had certain times I could meet and areas I was restricted to looking in. Lisa was always very attentive and understanding - and always with a smile. Brad was very friendly and he did an outstanding job at getting us what we wanted. He was available immediately when we wanted to look at a house, and was very honest about what would or would not pass for the VA loan. He was also very helpful when it came to the small things that needed to be done.
