Candace was pretty good to work with. We found the perfect house after looking at only 5 house. When she showed us the fourth house we wanted to see. I made a comment about how I like the back yard and she rolled her eyes. I felt bad like I was putting her out. And after our offer was accepted on the 5th house, my boyfriend messaged asking about getting a seller’s warranty. Cause he had done research and just learned about it. Candace replied that we put in such a low offer that she didn’t ask the sellers for one. The offer was only $9,000 below asking. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers, we didn’t instantly know all these things. After this, the process was easy with the realtor, and Candace was a pleasure to work with. And we got the sellers insurance eventually due to the seller’s credits.

Malisa was enthusiastic about finding us the right place and is knowledgable abou the area.
Unfortunately Malisa seemed get distracted a lot of the time, and we had to send back and have her redo almost every document that came our way, due to spelling mistakes, marking the wrong place for us to E-Sign, missing phone numbers, leaving off important information about issues with the condo, etc. Honestly, we would likely have switched real estate agents if we could have, but felt it was too late to do so once we were under contract. She came across as unprofessional some of the time, due to telling personal stories of a medical nature.
I will say all in all, she's friendly and wanted us to get the best home we could.

Candace is amazing! She stuck with us for 6 months, doing virtual tours the whole way, was flexible when our pcs date changed, & was so patient with us. She listened to what we wanted, understood what we were looking for, & advocated for us during negotiations. She also stuck around to help us transition after closing, has connected us to other professionals who've helped us, & has brought us so much peace of mind. We really couldn't have done this without her. She treated us not just like clients, but like friends. I will recommend her to anyone house hunting in the Gulfport area.
