Brian was super nice and very informed. I would work with him again for sure. As this is my first home I have nothing to compare to. The only thing is at times it felt like I was being rushed/pushed into a couple purchases. However that very well could have been his excitement for that property and wanting what’s best. Overall he was a great guy and seemed pretty genuine!

Debbie Jimison has to be the nicest person I’ve met. As a first time buyer, she explained everything step-by-step. She looked out for my best interest throughout the process and did not let anything go without updates. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent and grateful to have worked with her.

My real estate agent was amazing due to the fact that she was available almost 24/7. There was never more than an hour or two that I waited for a response. Impeccable work ethic and was very knowledgeable about her job. Thank you Malinda Scott!

Our real estate agent, Chad Bridges was chosen for us by Veterans United and was the only part of this process that was unbearable, and we hope that we never have to deal with that man again. I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy and I would be hard pressed to throw a bucket of water on him if he was on fire. Chad constantly worked against us and him and my wife were like oil and water. He was more concerned about looking after the seller's best interest than ours. Every time a question or concern was brought up, he would immediately deflect the issue and make us feel like assholes for even asking, we had the impression that his biggest concern was making the sell happen even if it was not in our best interest. He was also very smug and paid more attention to his cell phone than he did us. I will stop here as it will just make me more upset to rehash how unhappy this man made the process of buying my first house. Final note, as mentioned above, if it had not been for Aaron Boner, I would have said the hell with it and backed out knowing I would have likely been sued for breach of contract. If there is someone that I can speak with about this man, please feel free to give me a call and I will give them an ear full.
