She didn’t make any attempts to maximize her commission by showing me homes at or around my pre-approval.She was available practically at will.Maggie was excellent and I highly recommend her to anyone, but especially particular buyers such as myself.

I was a tad skeptical, but my real estate agent, Karen Hammond, was phenomenal. I was buying a house in New York while living and remaining in California. She video taped and messaged us at every step. She ensured that I was able to see any and all issues. There was no hard sale, it was lets find the perfect home. I believe we did.

Sergey Taksis has a great personality and is fun to work with. He knows his stuff, walks through properties with you inspecting and gives great feedback. Readily available when you need him even with short notice and still does all of the research and is ready upon meeting.

I seriously got lucky having Ken Mucha as my real estate agent, he was super informative, patient and just overrall a laidback person. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or anything during the home buying process. He really looks out for your best interests.
