Vicki and Frank were fantastic. The weekend after our introduction we came to Port Saint Lucie on a Thursday night, then met in the morning with them. Together they showed us the listings that they intended to show us, and that is what they did. By the end of the first day of looking, we had seen 6 homes. That night Lorna and I reviewed the 6 listings, eliminating the ones that we knew were not for us left 2 listings which we compared against each other. Saturday morning, they took us to see 2 more homes, but we had our minds made up. We put in an offer then headed home to our RENTED house in Hudson. Vicki continued to communicate with us, through the negotiation Process.The owners wanted more than the home was appraised for, so in the end we did not pay $520,000 (the asking price), but just over our bid of $480,000, ($486,000 the appraisal value) and under what Albert had already approved for us. This is a great team.

She was knowledgeable about homes, safety, local sports and schools. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend her to anyone whether buying or selling. Her husband did an excellent job with the video tour of several homes. It made me feel like I was there in person. He was great about pointing out key issues to address and things that were cosmetic.
