I certainly got frustrated with the minimal amount of Condos in the city that qualified for the VA Loan, but that certainly isn't the agents fault. Just something I know he noticed.

She was not very helpful at all. We found all the properties we looked at except one. She found one property to show us but it was in the one area we specifically said we didn't want to be in. Very unknowledgeable about the properties we did look at.

Not only is Daryl an outstanding real estate agent who knows his stuff. He also is a veteran himself which is a huge plus and wasn't trying to sell me a house. He actually took interest in me as a fellow veteran and became a friend. This was the first house I've ever bought and had no clue what the lingo is or how things go and he helped me every step. Always answered when I had a question very fast. He's a wonderful person and anyone who uses him in their home buying process will have no worries.
