The house pretty much sold itself. But there were a few little things that maybe could have been done better.

We were very disappointed with our real estate agent. We were buying a home that was being built out of state and she didn't monitor the progress of the build until close to the closing date, at which time she realized the deck had not been built and the screen for the deck had not been ordered. She also did not send the contract addendums to Veterans United until after the appraisal was completed. We would not do business with her in the future.

Howard did put in so much effort in keeping my trust and new 1st time buying experience the best any Realtor would ever do. He was always there with answers to my questions and worked diligently to finish every aspect of the buy. He step up to every hiccup we encountered due to sellers delays and attained my trust and respect from a clients perspective. It was shown He cared every step thru the rough road of my home ownership.

It was our pleasure. Ashley is a great realtor, we could not have gotten better for our first home. She made it an easier process, and answered all our stupid questions as first time buyers.
