When I first spoke with Madison, she asked if I had a realtor yet. I said no, that I was just kinda putting feelers out to see what was out there and what was possible with my income. She set me up with Aquia Ware, who contacted me shortly after. Aquia, like Madison, was extremely flexible--she suggested the most reliable app to use to find homes, but we went and saw the places that I was interested in and on my schedule. Again, as a night-shifter, I don't often get up and get moving much before early afternoon--Aquia met me at my selected houses when I was able, and was another resource for questions or concerns that I had both while we were at the units and via text when not. I can even think of a couple times when I was able to text back and forth with the both of them late at night, which is the equivalent of speaking with most folks in the early or late afternoon. With all the stress of work, life, and all the new homebuying information on my plate, I never felt like I couldn't turn to either of them to clarify information or even say "hey, there's a lot going on right now and I need a little space to focus." Because I knew nothing about the process, I relied heavily on her for recommendations for professionals to handle tasks like home inspection--and I've got nothing but great things to say about her recommendations, as well.

Dave was AWESOME. he worked around our schedule and answered all of our questions. As this was our first home, he made sure we had all the information to make this decision.

Real estate agent was excellent and provided me with a list of homes that I was looking for. Process went very smooth and he worked around your schedule to get tasks done. Highly recommend!
