Tim O'Bryant was THE BEST real estate agent we have ever worked with, and we're in our 70's! He called just 3 business days after i talked to Jeff Erdman. Engaging, professional super experienced and brilliant. Everything he suggested we do was perfect, as evidenced by the 4th offer we received after 2 days of showings. 2% over asking price or an additional $7500.00! He was just as brilliant as our buying agent..we signed a contract for the new home 5 days after accepting the offer on our previous home. My Agent Karen was so Helpful and Underatanding, She was working all the time. I could even call her in the middle of the night and she would answer, she put my needs first what i liked and disliked; shout out to her. She adjusted her time on my schedule . Raul was a god sent we had him going all over central Florida trying to find our forever home he always was up for the adventure well prepared had answers for us before we could ask them and he cared for us like family making sure everything was always in our best interest.
